The worst experience ! 85% of the boxes were torn and the items inside was broken and damaged. They insisted for a full payment even after the damage was done. When the same was done a casual behaviour of the employees saying "it happens madam, after all it a small one. Itna to Hota hi hai". Even the way the things were packed was not proper at all. No proper response regarding as and when the items will be delivered. And the communication was very rude and totally unacceptable. Also there was a dent in the washing machine. Will never recommend this

I recently shifted my house within the Bangalore and obtained service from A1 india Packers and Movers. They came on time as agreed and have taken care of everything starting from packing through unloading. They neatly packed the items in the cortoon boxes, carried and unloaded safely in the destination. They have an option of taking security deposit for keeping the cortoon boxes with us after unloading and it will be refunded once the boxes are returned within a week.
